FROM NEW YORK CITY & LONG ISLAND:
Follow signs to George Washington Bridge (Upper Level). Stay in right lane on George Washington Bridge. Exit at Palisades Interstate Parkway. Take Palisades Interstate Pkwy N to Exit 13. Keep Right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Thiells Mt Ivy Rd. Take a slight right onto US-202. Beth Rapha is on your right.

FROM NEW JERSEY/GARDEN STATE PKWY:
Take GSP North thru last toll. Road becomes NY State Thruway Extension. Extension splits in two. Bear to right. Follow signs for 287 East—Tappan Zee Bridge. DO NOT GO TO ALBANY. Follow ramp onto NY State Thruway. DO NOT GET OFF AT LOCAL NANUET EXIT. NYS Thruway to Exit 13N (Palisades Parkway). Take Palisades Parkway N to exit 13. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Thiells Mt Ivy Rd. Take a slight right onto US-202. Beth Rapha is on your right.

FROM NEW JERSEY AND SOUTH:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) towards George Washington Bridge. Take exit 18W. Stay in local lanes (stay right after toll) and take exit 72 (Fort Lee exit). Take left at light and follow signs to Palisades Interstate Parkway. Take Palisades Parkway N to exit 13. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Thiells Mt Ivy Rd. FROM UPSTATE NEW YORK:
